Both pledges and donations are welcome in helping in the great task ahead: completing the purchase and restoration of Wentworth Woodhouse. Modest sums will show the numbers of people supporting our cause, and large sums will carry us towards our targets. The National Trust’s fundraising for Seaton Delaval and Tyntesfield showed that small donations can be extremely helpful in demonstrating public support so please pledge or donate even a small sum such as £3.
Donations towards acquisition can be made through Just Giving. Please click on the link above which will guide you through the process. Cheques can also be sent to the SAVE office – SAVE Britain’s Heritage, 70 Cowcross Street, London, EC1M 6EJ.
Pledges towards acquisition can be made by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or SAVE Britain’s Heritage at the above address.
In the event the appeal fails, any cash donations would be retained by SAVE and used for future campaigning. SAVE is an independent conservation charity (Charity No. 269129) that campaigns for all types of endangered buildings and heritage. SAVE receives no regular grants from either public or private sources, and relies entirely upon donations.
If you would not like your donation used in this way and would like it returned, please write to email@example.com and we will gladly return your donation in the event the appeal is unsuccessful.
